Delete your GLISSA account in the app

GLISSA provides an in-app account deletion control. Open Settings, go to the account area, choose Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

Account deletion permanently removes the account, profile, preferences and sleep-history data from systems we operate, subject to limited records that must be retained for payment/tax, security, fraud-prevention, legal or dispute-resolution purposes.

Active subscriptions

Deleting your GLISSA account does not automatically cancel every recurring subscription. Cancel any active recurring plan through the original purchase channel (for example Google Play or Paddle) before deleting your GLISSA account.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@antarjyotineurosciences.com from the email address associated with your GLISSA account and request account deletion. We may need to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What may be retained

• Payment, order and tax records where retention is required by law or maintained by the applicable provider, including Google Play or Paddle.
• Security and fraud-prevention records where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or legal rights.
• Records needed to resolve disputes, enforce agreements or meet legal obligations.

Retained records are limited to the purpose that requires retention and are not used to recreate a deleted GLISSA account.

Subscriptions and purchases

Purchase and subscription records may also remain with Google Play, Paddle or RevenueCat under their own retention and legal obligations. Antarjyoti Neurosciences LLP does not control deletion of records held independently by those providers.
