Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

Digital product — no physical shipping

GLISSA is a digital sleep, relaxation and meditation audio application. We do not sell or ship physical goods through the GLISSA subscription experience, and no physical shipping charge applies to Monthly, Annual or Lifetime GLISSA Premium access.

How Premium access is delivered

After a successful payment is confirmed by the applicable payment provider, Premium access is delivered electronically to the authenticated GLISSA account associated with the purchase. RevenueCat may be used to synchronize Premium entitlement status across supported GLISSA platforms.

Access is normally provisioned automatically after confirmed payment. Occasional processor, network, webhook or entitlement-synchronization delays may cause a short delay before Premium appears on every supported device.

Purchase channels

Android purchases may be made through Google Play. Eligible web purchases are processed through Paddle-powered secure checkout. Localized pricing, supported payment methods and final payment details are shown before purchase.

Monthly, Annual and Lifetime access

• Monthly: recurring digital Premium access for the applicable monthly billing period.
• Annual: recurring digital Premium access for the applicable annual billing period.
• Lifetime: a one-time digital purchase for Lifetime GLISSA Premium access, subject to the applicable terms and any lawful refund or reversal.

If access is not activated

If a confirmed payment does not activate Premium within a reasonable time, contact support@antarjyotineurosciences.com from the email address used for GLISSA and include the relevant Google Play order reference or Paddle transaction/receipt/reference.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our published Refunds & Cancellations Policy, the original purchase channel and applicable law.
