App-store purchases

GLISSA subscriptions and in-app purchases are managed through the applicable app-store billing system. Depending on platform and region, supported checkout methods may include Google Play billing, Apple billing, cards, UPI and Apple Pay. Purchase history, renewals, cancellations and refund requests are generally managed through the store account used for purchase.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription from the Google Play or Apple account used for purchase. After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your GLISSA account or your data.

Refund requests

Refund eligibility is normally determined by the applicable store's refund policy and the payment rules shown at purchase. If you believe there is a genuine issue that needs our review, contact us with your purchase details and we will help investigate.

What to include when contacting us

• The email address used in GLISSA.
• Your Google Play or Apple purchase/order information, if available.
• The date of purchase.
• A short explanation of the issue.
