Security approach

We design GLISSA with privacy, minimal collection and controlled access in mind. Data is protected using modern cloud infrastructure, encrypted transport and restricted administrative access.

Encryption and access

• Data is transmitted using TLS/HTTPS where applicable.
• Database and hosting providers use security controls for stored data.
• Access to production systems is limited to people who need it for operation, maintenance and support.
• Payments are handled by the applicable app-store/payment platform and subscription entitlement providers. Depending on platform and region, checkout may support Google Play billing, Apple billing, cards, UPI or Apple Pay. Full card details do not pass through our servers.

Operational safeguards

We monitor for reliability issues, use authentication systems to protect accounts, and review support and diagnostic data only for legitimate product, support, security and legal purposes.

User control

You can request access, correction or deletion of personal data by contacting support@antarjyotineurosciences.com. Deletion requests are processed within thirty days across systems we operate, subject to lawful retention requirements.
