Security approach

We design GLISSA with privacy, minimal collection and controlled access in mind. Data is protected using modern cloud infrastructure, encrypted transport and restricted administrative access.

Encryption and access

• Data is transmitted using TLS/HTTPS where applicable.
• Database and hosting providers use security controls for stored data.
• Access to production systems is limited to people who need it for operation, maintenance and support.
• Sensitive payment credentials such as complete card number, CVV and complete payment credentials are handled by the applicable secure payment provider and are not stored by Antarjyoti Neurosciences LLP. Android purchases may use Google Play; eligible web purchases are processed through Paddle as Merchant of Record, while RevenueCat may synchronize Premium entitlement status.
• Our systems may securely process or store limited payment metadata such as provider, transaction ID, subscription/order ID, payment status, plan type, expiry/current paid-through date and the GLISSA user identifier needed for entitlement synchronization, reconciliation, fraud prevention and support.

Operational safeguards

We monitor for reliability issues, use authentication systems to protect accounts, and review support and diagnostic data only for legitimate product, support, security and legal purposes.

User control

You can request access, correction or deletion of personal data by contacting support@antarjyotineurosciences.com. Deletion requests are processed across systems we operate, subject to lawful retention requirements. See the Account Deletion page for available deletion methods.
