Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Antarjyoti Neurosciences LLP collects, uses, stores and protects information in connection with GLISSA and the Antarjyoti Neurosciences website.

GLISSA is designed to support rest, relaxation, sleep routines and general well-being. We do not sell or broker personal data, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Information we may collect

• Account information: email address, authentication identifiers and basic profile settings used to operate your account.
• App preferences: language, routine preferences, protocol choices, sleep-plan settings and similar in-app choices.
• Usage and progress data: protocol completion, app interactions, progress indicators and anonymised or aggregated usage events that help us understand whether features are working.
• Subscription and billing status: purchase channel, plan or entitlement status, transaction/payment identifiers, subscription identifiers, payment status and related billing metadata received from Google Play, Paddle and/or RevenueCat as applicable. Raw card numbers, CVV and complete payment credentials are not stored on Antarjyoti Neurosciences LLP servers.
• Support messages: information you send when you contact us for help.
• Diagnostics: crash logs, device/app diagnostics and technical data used to fix bugs and keep the service reliable.
• AI assistant interactions: if you use an AI guidance feature, the messages you submit may be processed to generate a response and improve safety and reliability of that feature.

What we do not do

• We do not record audio through your microphone.
• We do not require microphone access for sleep protocols.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your personal data to create third-party advertising profiles.

Payment processors and billing information

Depending on the purchase channel, GLISSA purchases may involve Google Play, Paddle and RevenueCat. For eligible web transactions, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and processes the payment information necessary to complete the transaction under its applicable terms. Paddle may process customer name, email or contact details, payment-method information, transaction identifiers, billing/subscription status, and IP/device/security information required for payment processing, fraud prevention, tax and compliance purposes.

Raw card numbers, CVV and other complete payment credentials used for web purchases are entered into and processed by Paddle’s secure checkout infrastructure and are not stored on Antarjyoti Neurosciences LLP servers. GLISSA systems may receive only the information necessary to operate the account, provide Premium access, reconcile subscription entitlement and provide support, including transaction identifiers, subscription status, payment status and related billing metadata. RevenueCat may process subscription and entitlement information to keep Premium access synchronized across supported GLISSA platforms.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure your account, operate GLISSA, provide sleep and relaxation experiences, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, diagnose technical problems, prevent abuse and improve product quality.

Service providers

We may use trusted service providers for authentication, database hosting, app hosting, subscription entitlement, analytics, crash reporting, customer support and AI response generation. These providers process data only for the purposes of operating and improving the service.

Data deletion and user rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@antarjyotineurosciences.com. You can delete your GLISSA account from the in-app Settings area. If you cannot access the app, you may contact us for assistance. Deletion is processed across systems we operate, subject to retention required for payment/tax records, security, legal obligations or dispute resolution.

Age restriction

GLISSA is intended only for adults aged 18 and above. It is not intended for children or adolescents under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has created an account or provided personal data, contact us and we will review the account and appropriate deletion steps.

We may update this policy as GLISSA evolves. The latest version will be available on this page.
