GLISSA is designed to support rest, relaxation, sleep routines and general well-being. We do not sell or broker personal data, and we do not build advertising profiles.

• Subscription status: payment entitlement and plan status received from the applicable app store / RevenueCat. We do not store your card details on our servers.

• We do not require microphone access for sleep protocols.

We use information to create and secure your account, operate GLISSA, provide sleep and relaxation experiences, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, diagnose technical problems, prevent abuse and improve product quality.

We may use trusted service providers for authentication, database hosting, app hosting, subscription entitlement, analytics, crash reporting, customer support and AI response generation. These providers process data only for the purposes of operating and improving the service.

Data deletion and user rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@antarjyotineurosciences.com. Account deletion requests are honoured within thirty days across systems we operate, unless retention is required for legal, security or dispute-resolution reasons.

Children

GLISSA is not intended for children below the age required to use digital services in their region without guardian consent. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will review it.
